payment arrangement over an hour services still nto restored yet!!

Thanks for being an Xfinity customer, Michael. I see that your account has been suspended and understand that these are challenging times.

 

I'd like to walk you through two options to get you back up and running.

 

The first is making a payment to your past due balance of $115.30 today.

 

If that's not possible and you need more time to pay, you can set up a payment arrangement. This lets you schedule a payment for a convenient date as far out as Dec 09, 2024 and restores your services within an hour.

then it says this below:

No problem. Just a couple of things before we continue setting up your payment arrangement.

 

While this option restores your services, you won't be able to make video On Demand or pay-per-view purchases until your payment is processed. 

 

Also, please keep in mind that if you cancel or if your payment can't be processed, your services will stay suspended.

 

If you decide to make another payment before Dec 09, 2024, make sure to cancel this arrangement. Otherwise it will still be withdrawn.

i made a payment arrangement for the 11th the date of interruption wasn't until the 9th anyway but still my service was disconnected so i made arrangements until the 11th services still not restored as said i took screenshots i know a few times before i chatted with someone did the payment arrangement they restored my service right away i work online
