Payment arrangement options

Just wondering are there more payment arrangement options for people with sudden hardships.

Hello user_76xyxv! Thank you for connecting with us on the Xfinity forums and excellent question. We have two options for customers with hardships. I'm sure we have all been in a difficult spot at least once in our lives. I think I'm on my 5th currently trying to juggle bills and payments. I think the option that may fit you the best is our installment plan. If the account is eligible you would pay a $50.00 payment and the account balance would be spread out over the course of so many months to pay off the past due balance. It's easy to check and see if you are eligible and to set up the plan with our Xfinity Assistant

The other option is a payment arrangement. This extends the due date a few days to allow a little extra time to make a payment.

 

Both options are only available through the Xfinity Assistant
