Paying my bill

I have been trying to pay my bill for several days.  I get on my app and it sends me to Xfinity Mobile and tells me I'm not an member so I go to the now mobile website and it tells me I need to update my card but it won't let me select my debit card it says that card is already associated with NOW Mobile.  Well that's the card I need to use. So I try the chat.  The AI  can't help it sends me me back to the page I just came from.  I try a live agent and it never connects me to one.  I try calling and it sends me a link to the same page I have been having the problem on.  Now my phone is turned off and I can't get a live agent, the AI can't help and I don't have a phone.

Why do you make it so hard to pay your bill.  This is hands down the worst phone service I have had!!!!

Hello user_4g173l thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Residential Forums. So you have the NOW Mobile service and can access the NOW Portal to make these changes, but the card you are trying to add is already on the account, is that right?
