Paying for 1200 mbps and getting 200...no excuses. I want refunded the difference until someone can properly do their job.

Terrible internet. Never have I ever been on an internet that does this. You either get good wifi, decent wifi, or bad wifi. The wifi I get is all 3 every 5 seconds. The most unstable ive ever seen. Doesn't matter if I disconnect all devices and connect 1 only, its equally trash. Spoke with an agent a month back that didnt help me. Just tried getting me to sign up for some [Edited: "Language"] phone service I don't want or need. This internet is worse than century link internet we had in 2006.
