paying a bill

Comcast keeps pulling from my bank for my October bill when I don’t have the money in there and when I do have the money when I go to pay, it is only showing me November’s bill and when I call the number it only gives me November’s bill and I need to pay October

Good afternoon user_z2pd1i. I would be happy to assist you further. I can understand your concern, I always like to make sure my billing is situated. I do have a couple of questions to better understand. Was your account set up for automatic payments? We would only attempt to take a payment if it was already scheduled by a customer, or if they signed up for automatic payments. Are you using our Xfinity App to view your billing, or the Xfinity website?
