Greetings, @user_7yhx37! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about your automatic payments. We are here for your support. Can you tell me a little more about what you are trying to do? Did you need to change your auto-pay settings, or are you trying to set up auto-pay for the first time?

Thank you for clarifying, @user_7yhx37. I actually just had this happen to me last week. My card was recently updated, and I still had the old one on file, so my auto-pay did not go through. You should be able to go in through the Xfinity app and make a new payment, then you can designate that new card as your preferred auto-pay method. You should be able to do the same thing online, if that would be easier.
