Are you getting an error message when you try logging into your account? I have also attached an article How do I pay my Xfinity Mobile bill? It provides steps for quick pay when you are having issues accessing your account.

user_fwxkk5 To pay your billing online you can use the Xfinity app for home services and Xfinity Mobile app for mobile bill paying. You can also use the chat option through our website to speak with an employee who can take payments as well.
