Pausing Services for The Summer
Hi, I want to pause my xfinity wifi services for the months of June, July, August 2024 and resume in September 2024.
The system won't let me do this, it'll only let me start a pause in September. I wonder if it's because "there are not enough days left in the program period to allow for a minimum length seasonal plan". If that is the case, I want to extend my plan till June 2025 anyways, but still pause for June-Aug 2024.
I've tried so so so many times to call and speak to a representative, and I tried to me the Xfinity bot, but neither helped me achieve an answer I'm looking for. This support system is very limited, frustrating, and feels impossible. Please help me understand how I can pause for 3 months this summer, and also ensure that I am signed up for continued services starting Sept 2024-June 2025.

Great question if you went to the seasonal hold website to put your account on seasonal hold it will only let you set up for a start date in September than in your market that means the seasonal hold can only start on that date, the reason for that start date is because most of our customers use the seasonal hold have some call a snowbird account, so they fly south for the winter time.
So being that yours is in September that falls on line with your market area on when you can put your services on seasonal hold, if you're looking to make other changes to your account such as the billing or the package plan I will be more than happy to assist you with that , Please send us a message including your name, account holder name (if different), and the service address so, we can get started.
