Pausing Services for The Summer

Hi, I want to pause my xfinity wifi services for the months of June, July, August 2024 and resume in September 2024.

The system won't let me do this, it'll only let me start a pause in September. I wonder if it's because "there are not enough days left in the program period to allow for a minimum length seasonal plan". If that is the case, I want to extend my plan till June 2025 anyways, but still pause for June-Aug 2024.

I've tried so so so many times to call and speak to a representative, and I tried to me the Xfinity bot, but neither helped me achieve an answer I'm looking for. This support system is very limited, frustrating, and feels impossible. Please help me understand how I can pause for 3 months this summer, and also ensure that I am signed up for continued services starting Sept 2024-June 2025.
