Pause my mobile services

I want to pause my mobile services from June-September since I am out of the country. Since I cannot do it online and can’t also connect with the team, I am doing it here. Please.

Hello, @user_36fqq4 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand where you're coming from with wanting to pause the Xfinity Mobile service while out of the country. I did want to help get the proper expectations set up that Xfinity Mobile works differently than other services when it comes to seasonal suspensions. 

Xfinity Mobile can only be placed on hold for 14 days, then will automatically resume on the 15th day. So if you're looking to get the service suspended for close to 3 months, that wouldn't be an option for the Xfinity Mobile. You would need to turn the service completely off, then restart when ready to utilize the service again: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/resume-service-to-suspended-line

user_36fqq4 Disconnecting the service would impact the phone number, I want to make sure you understand that going that route is a traditional disconnection of service.

user_36fqq4 That is correct, if you would disconnect the service, you would lose the phone number.

What are my options of not disconnecting the service but not paying $$$ just to keep the service without using it?

user_36fqq4 There is unfortunately not an option to have the services suspended for that 3 months. I wish that we did have more options for you in this situation. If you choose to not have the service, that would not maintain the phone number for future use.

If this is the case I will just close it and get a different provider just to maintain my number. 
how about downgrading my services
