Pathetic & Ridiculous Xfinity

I am a Xfinity customer for more than 2 years now, today I called customer support to move my mobile line from old to new account, and they couldn’t do it even after more than 2 hours, and she least care about my time that she wasted. When I asked the representative to confirm me her name again, she changed her name. She was Not answering my questions, she would put me on a long hold and on a long silence. They have wasted more than 2 hours of mine, and didn’t let me go, and kept saying just 5 more minutes. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
