" past due "
i paid my bill august 11 and the rest on august 15 they cut my internet today on august 25 saying i owe almost 300$ when i have proof my payment was accepted , then they bounced it back to my account 2 times and now the day before i get paid they cut it completely i cant get ahold of a real person to sort this out and find out what happened and i cant even get on the app to pay my bill because they cut it off
