Passport to Paris reward

I received an email with a redemption code and a link to redeem the Passport to Paris reward. But when I click the link I'm brought to my Rewards page where there is no way for me to redeem the reward, nowhere to enter the Redemption Code. How do I redeem the Passport to Paris reward?

Good evening, OKGeorge! Congratulations on the Passport to Paris Reward! Those pins are really nice! We can get a ticket set up to let our Rewards team know you are unable to enter the code and see if they can get a pin mailed to you. 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

If the reward is the pin, I've already received that in the mail. I guess there's nothing for me to do now. Interesting how the pin was mailed out even though I never entered a redemption code. Thanks for the help!

I am also having this issue. I completed 40 stamps. I also have not received my Olympics pin either.

I have tried finding the direct message icon but cannot find it.
