Part 2 of Madam Blanc Christmas episode through Acorn on Xfinity isn't available, it was released 12/22

Why does Xfinity not release some Acorn episodes in a timely way. You have part 1 of the Christmas special under additional episodes, but you don't have part 2. It is after Christmas. When are you going to release this. This isn't Acorn, it's you. https://acorn.tv/madameblanc/, scroll down to Christmas special and you'll see that it's been released, but we can't watch it because we get Acorn through Xfinity. Perhaps we should cancel our Acorn subscription through Xfinity and just get it through Acorn. When are you showing part 2?  Erin

user_1xn4z6 Thank you for stopping in for help with your questions about the content included with your Acorn subscription. Even though Acorn has it loaded on their end, we do have to wait till they provide us with the version they wish for us to broadcast for them. We would not be able to tell you when it will be available, but as soon as it is provided by them, we do upload it to you all. Most of the time, this is the day after the original broadcast for streaming services, but it is still up to the Network (Acorn) to provide it to us.

Why can't you reach out to acorn TV? They have the episode posted.
