Paramount+ with Showtime

We were misled into believing that "Paramount+ with Showtime" allowed us to access the Paramount+ app. There was no indication that the "Paramount+ with Showtime" was a stand alone channel that did not provide access to all of Paramount+'s programming. The implication is that the package included access to the Paramount+ app in addition to Showtime. While this package was one of many available options offered at no charge at the time, we were misled into thinking we were receiving access to all available content.

@user_w2zpr1 Thanks for adding a post to the community. Glad to hear the option is included with your service. Paramount only allows us access to the channel and its online content. Much of their App programming is only available through their platform directly. We hope to get more access in the future.

I’m paying for no advertising and I’m still getting ads. Can’t find a number to talk to a live agent!!
