Paramount Plus

The connection with Paramount Plus is absolutely horrible!! You should be ashamed and embarrassed. Every week we try and watch Landman and it takes us over an hour and a half because of all the buffering or whatever you want to it. This does not happen with other shows. What is happening? I have tried calling before and they had us reconnect which to at least 30 minutes. I can’t believe the amount of money we pay you for this service.

I truly understand your frustrations and that this is something important especially with the money that you pay for our services to service your home. When you are trying to view paramount plus, that is a streaming service that does require Internet. Any other application that you're using to stream with, will also require a Wi-fi connection. However, in this circumstance - are you trying to view Paramount Plus with one of our X1 boxes or are you using it through another smart device?

We are trying to watch Paramount through your box and it freezes. But when we watch Netflix through xfinity it doesn’t do it. By it, I mean “freeze “.  How should we be watching Paramount? Through you or where?

user_g9o36o, my apologies about your experience. I was only asking to gain understandings of how you're having that trouble. You stated that it does not happen with other shows, are you speaking on behalf of other shows on Paramount Plus?
