hilncoo, thank you for clarifying. Have you unplugged your box for about 30 seconds, then plugged it in to see if the challenges resolved?

Yes. I’ve done all that plus used the Xfinity assistant to refresh the boxes.

How do I do that through Xfinity on the tv? It’s actually seems to be one show Fire Country Season 3.

My apologies, if you're watching through one of our cable boxes, this would happen automatically during its nightly update. If it's only happening on a specific show, it may be something on Paramount's end. Have you noticed if it's happening on specific episodes of season 3 of Fire Country or all episodes?
