Paramount plus

Xfinity needs to be reported for false advertising, and breach of contract. I was advised I received Paramount plus free, as part of a promotion. How am I supposed to access it? There's no sign in option through Xfinity or Roku or Firestick. I need this addressed or BBB will hear from me. Perhaps a class action already exists.
