Paramount Plus issue

Hi,

Recently when trying to watch Paramount plus through on demand I was prompted to log in.  I tried and no luck. Call Xfinity customer service went through troubleshooting process only to be told. I needed to call Paramount to request my credentials.  No luck with Paramount as I don’t have an account with th Paramount+ it is part of an Xfinity package.  I called Xfinity customer service again, they still couldn’t fix the issue and again told me to reach out to Paramount.

 Very  frustrated with this process. Not sure what to do next.

@user_q20vo4, hi! Thank you for your post. Showtime was rebranded to "Paramount+ with Showtime". At this time, Xfinity is not partnered with Paramount+ to get access to the app with your channel subscription. This is due to our current agreement with the content provider. Your subscription through your Xfinity package gets you access to the channel, and its associated on demand content.
