Have been getting the 3205 error for two evenings now… only on Tulsa King season 1 shows. Other Paramount Plus shows work ok despite Paramount Plus being a clunky design. All software is updated, all cables checked, reboots of the xFinity gear and the TV have been done.
Please help!

Having the same issue with Paramount+ reset everything, all cables are good and everything is up to date... I had to stop watching it because none of the shows worked, very irritating

Just started experiencing this issue and error code 3205 today. Only when trying to view Tulsa King. I’m unsure how the solutions described above are fixes. I’m trying to watch by accessing the app through Xfinity on the TV. And if it truly is an Internet, or cache, or firmware issue, why is other content on the app working. Seems to be specific to Tulsa King. Xfinity needs to troubleshoot with Paramount.

I highly doubt this is some kind of local internet thing. I reinstalled the Paramount app and same problem. Also, all other apps (Netflix, Apple, Prime) work just fine. It's just Paramount. I do believe it is a streaming and app-related issue. Just something Paramount needs to solve.

I just had this problem 2 days ago. I did everything they said to do and still have the same problem with TULSA KING, every other show is alright. I would think it's a PARAMOUNT problem not XFINITY. Anyone know how to contact PARAMOUNT?

Paramount + is a terrible streaming app! Constant issues. Do not have issues with Prime or Peacock.

I am having the same issue. It only happens when I try to watch paramount + shows on the TV with my main cable box (the one with DVR). There is no internet connection on the device. It's through the app on Xfinity for Paramount +. Like eveyone else, I have already done all the [Edited: "Language"] reset steps that have been suggested a dozen times on here by Xfinity employees. Why can't Xfinity employees give a REAL solution to this problem and quit asking everyone if they have reset there boxes, cleared the app cache, etc!
ANSWER THE [Edited: "Language"] QUESTIONS WITH A REAL SOLUTION!
