Paramount + on X1 Platform

I have subscribed to Paramount + and watch it on my X1 platform.  The interface is glitchy, the video quality poor sometime and when going between advertisements and viewing content it can be glitchy as well.  All in all not a good experience.  If I watch paramount + outside the X1 platform such as on my firestick, I do not have that bad experience.  Am I alone in this?

I completely understand wanting a smooth streaming experience with Paramount+ on your X1 box, especially since it runs beautifully on your Firestick @Hardwareman_23! Have you tried clearing your X1 box data?
If not, let's try that out.

Press the Xfinity button on your remote, navigate to Settings (gear icon), select Privacy, choose Clear Cookies and Local Data, and press OK.

Hold down the microphone button on your voice remote and say "System Refresh" to optimize your box's connection.

Unplug the power cord from the back of your X1 box, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in to completely flush the system memory.

Once complete, let us know if that helps.

I followed what you suggested and no better.  Right now I am not able to watch Paramount+ successfully from this TV as it keeps basically crashing during the advertisement and eventually comes back to a message.  Error, try again later.  That is after the poor video quality in General during the advertisement and transition from the content to the advertisement and vice versa.  I am still curious to know if I am the only one experiencing this with Paramount+ on X1 platform or are others reporting this as well?

Thanks for trying @Hardwareman_23! I did some digging and found that this is actually a known issue our backend teams are working to resolve. There is no ETA on a permanent fix right now, so the steps I mentioned earlier are the best way to handle it for now. So you're not the only one experiencing this.
