Paramount+ not working for five months
I can’t watch any of the shows on Paramount without getting the error code after it painstakingly loads for over five minutes. The show will play for 30 seconds and then I’ll get the error code. This was going on since October I’ve placed 24 calls to Paramount and they just say they are working on it, it’s been escalated, and I’ll get an email when it’s fixed. Well I call [Edited: "Profanity"]?!! XFINITY was out here and replaced my boxes. I pay for the highest tier of Internet service and all other streamers work fine. This is a Paramount issue and they don’t care about the subscribers or that this issue has been ongoing relentlessly. I just tried it today and the show played for about a minute and a half and then I just got a gray screen and silence no error code. When I called the 25th time this morning, I got the same parrot response saying they will have a supervisor call me which you know is not gonna happen or they’ll just tell me they’re working on it! How do they get away with this? If I didn’t want to watch the show so badly I would just unsubscribe! [Edited: "Solicitation"]
