Why can I not get Paramount Network? I paid for it. It's in my programming channels not available

Good evening, user_2slgxv! Thank you for your interest in the Paramount Network. That channel comes in our Ultimate TV lineup. You can view the name of your package on your billing statements in the Xfinity app or on the Account page by clicking My Plan. Is that the same lineup that you have?
