Paperless?

Why did Xfinity change our accounts to paperless when we set it up to receive paper bills in the mail? Was this just an automatic generated  event?

I received a letter in the mail stating that everyone is now paperless .  I spoke to customer service 2 months ago to make sure I would still receive printed bills.

I had to go back online and change it to correct it & called customer service to make sure it will be mailed out.

Hi there, @user_23ee9b Thank you so much for your time and patience. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience regarding your bill. Please be assured you reached the right person to assist you. Can you please DM me your full first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
