As a paying consumer myself who also likes receiving a paper copy of my bill in the mail, I definitely understand the inconvenience this can cause. The great thing is at Comcast, we will always provide a copy of your [paper bill]( https://comca.st/3hbm3AT) online in PDF form under My Account. Additionally, after February 15th, if you still want to receive paper bills in the mail, you can update your preferences in My Account. I am on a chat with them right now. The email they sent provided a "chat" link to use to continue to recieve paper bills. The link was to a virtual assistant that did nothing except explain how to SIGN UP for paperless billing. After working with a person trhough their chat feature (which is very difficult to find) the rep said they are doing this "because of the pandemic". That's a complete load of you-know- what. This is money grubbing Comcast again mistreating their customers for pennies.
