Online:
Click Billing & Pay from the top menu, then choose Manage Paperless Billing.
Click Turn On.
Through the Xfinity App:
Choose the Account tab.
Tap Bill details.
Tap Bill settings.
Select Paperless billing.
Review your email address and select Turn on.
