Paperless billing for now internet customers

I recently chatted with the agents to try to enroll in paperless billing or as you guys call it, eco billing. Two agents told me that after seeking approval from a supervisor they were able to enroll me in paperless billing after not seeing the option available in the app. Later I chatted with a different agent and ultimately a supervisor, and they told me now internet customers are not able to enroll in paperless billing. This is ridiculous. All companies offer all customers the option to enroll in paperless billing, in part because it saves the company money. Why would now internet customers be barred from enrolling in paperless billing? I want to enroll in paperless billing, and do not want to receive a paper bill mailed to me. Please let me know how this issue will be rectified..

Good evening user_mer4dl thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums regarding your NOW services. NOW customers are unfortunately not eligible for Paperless billing, as the service itself is a month-to-month subscription. Autopay is a requirement of the NOW services, which is also different from regular-billed monthly Xfinity services.

If it is a prepaid service then I should not receive any bills, right?

user_mer4dl You shouldn't receive a paper bill since NOW services are prepaid. Our team is unable to provide support for NOW internet services. You can click here though for more information. I hope you have a fantastic rest of your day and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums.
