Pairing Frequency 2.0 speaker to iPhone
When I got my Frequency 2.0 rewards speaker, I successfully paired it with my iPod. I am trying to pair it to a couple of iPhones, but it never pairs. Is there a solution to this?

Hello @user_13d154 Congratulations on receiving that awesome reward! I truly love that we started this program and all the benefits it's provided to our customers. I've noticed with my bluetooth devices that I have to unpair the device on my phone or tablet before it will pair to another device, or I have to make sure that bluetooth is turned off on a device that it's already paired to before it will pair to another device. The best example I have are my ear buds. I paired them first to my tablet, and when I want to use them on my phone, I have to turn bluetooth off on my tablet for the buds to see any other device. Maybe that's the same issue you are seeing with the iphones. Are you able to turn off the ipod or forget the speakers from the ipod?

The leaflet supplied with the speaker has this poorly translated statement on page 05 (see https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/xfinity-rewards-bluetooth-speaker/629b757e855f616353aeb5f5?commentId=629b87a8855f616353aeb7b4):
Which seems to suggest that the speaker can only connect to one device at a time.
