Paid my bill & xfinity is saying I didn't!!!
So my Xfinity bill was $273 something and I called to pay the bill because it had been disconnected and they waved $75 of it and charged me $199.99 the money was paid out of my account and was in an hour my service was turned back on and then not even a week and a half later if that that was on the 9th on August 14th and August 16th they tried running my debit card and again for 273 both times and charged me the amount for it not going through and added that to my bill and said I didn't pay it I called and I got answered by the loyalty department now the other people I talk to when they shut me off again even after I paid the $200 are saying I didn't pay the bill and they don't have a loyalty department my Flex service is still shut off I still have no Wi-Fi and they're still saying they don't have the money the money is not back in my account they told me to dispute it so I'm disputing it and it could cost me my account now because I'm disputing it I'm very upset I'm going to go somewhere else I'm on a fixed income with a 6-year-old who's in first grade and has to have that Wi-Fi for school we've been without it now having to go somewhere else to use hotspot just to get his school work done I had Xfinity for a year before this happened and never had any trouble I don't understand why they can't find my conversation on the phone which you guys record when I spoke to the person in the loyalty department recorded the whole conversation took my payment my card number all of it and then after they shut it off again and I spoke to someone in the service department they told me that I never made that call that the number I dialed was a scam funny the same number I called then was the same number I called now so no it wasn't a scam the man from the loyalty department told me I said can you transfer me so I can pay my bill he said no I can help you here and they took $75 off my bill because I had my Wi-Fi shut off for a month and they tried to charge me that monthly bill and I said no way I didn't even have it all month no I'm not paying for a month I didn't have it so they took the $75 off I paid the $199.99 and now I'm being told I didn't and my service has been shut off again if I didn't pay it why was my service turned back out back on an hour later only for you guys to turn around and shut it off again and say I didn't pay it that makes no sense somebody somewhere messed up and it ain't me I shouldn't have to be suffering for it nor should my grandson !!!!
