Paid my bill and cut my internet off anyways.

I've been trying to contact an actual human to speak with. Its literally impossible. I paid my bill and it even shows up on my statement. You cut my internet off and when I try to contact support, it says I have to pay my bill to talk to a real person. Im not paying my bill twice. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Thanks for reaching out to us I do apologize for any inconvenience, have you jumped on our Xfinity app to view your bill to make sure your past due payment or current payment is paid in full? Does the apps show you that your account has been disconnected or that you need to make a payment?
