Paid bill, restore service

I paid my bill in full and my tv is still saying I need to make a payment and will not work. I have a black screen with an otherwise error code of 00314.

@user_gp6egg Thanks for adding a post. We know how important it is to restore service asap. Restart the TV Box with the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-reboot-my-set-top-box. If it continues after that, work with a phone agent to ensure the payment is processed by calling 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489).
