Packet Loss

I need to schedule a technician to come out and troubleshoot, but the AI assistant won't let me. I keep going through the same 'troubleshooting' and then when it starts to schedule an appointment it always says 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." I've tried 5 times already over the phone and through the web chat.

Feel free to delete/close this. I was finally able to schedule one over the phone after many many many tries.

@user_4tft88  I’m glad you were finally able to get an appointment scheduled! I’m sorry for all the frustration and repeated attempts it took to get this far. If you like, I can reach out to you after the appointment to make sure we got you taken care of.
