Packet Loss - No Resolution
For the past 1.5 months my household has been dealing with a lot of packet-loss. We get roughly a consistent 2-3%. This can become extremely troublesome if in video calls, voice calls, gaming or anything that requires a real-time connection. You'll notice a lot of voice dropping and connection issues.
I've had 4 technicians come in to try and solve this problem.
* The first technician referred me to a trouble call after noticing that the packet loss issue was present in the box entering my building so had nothing to do with my connection itself.
* The next technician came and replaced the cables in the box but the issue persisted.
* The 3rd technician came and was noticing the same problem and said that it had to be escalated to the xfinity network / construction team since the cable coming into my building may be faulty and they'd have to map the source. I got a text saying that my network needed maintenance and it would be resolved in 24/48hours. Within 3 hours they said it was resolved, however, it was not resolved the issue was still there. The request was punted back and nothing was done.
* Finally I had to call a 4th technician who said the same thing and told me that the network / construction team would need to come resolve the issue. He submitted another request. The same thing happened and it was punted back and nothing was resolved.
The 2 technicians left me their phone number to follow up if things are still bad, but neither of them picked up / responded to any texts about this. I'm looking for next steps on how to resolve this issue since I haven't had any luck yet.

Hi there, @user_f2j8s7! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to make a post. I am sorry to hear the packet loss has persisted. I can help to move things forward from here. We will check on the maintenance ticket and for any construction tickets and go from there. Those teams are separate so if the maintenance team needs construction done, it moves into a new ticket. The maintenance ticket would be resolved when that takes place.
