Packaged delivered to wrong address

I recently switched to Xfinity NOW and was going to be sent equipment to set up my internet at home. I received confirmation that my package was delivered on 01/04/2025 however the delivery confirmation shows a random porch of a residence that is clearly not mine. FedEx delivered my equipment to the wrong address. I filed a claim with FedEx and they told to wait until 01/08 and if I haven’t  received my package by then to contact Xfinity. I don’t feel like they are doing anything to look into the matter. I would like some guidance on how I can request assistance with this or to request another package to be delivered to my residence.

Oh, no. Sorry to hear about the trouble with getting the equipment for your service. I know this can be quite frustrating, @user_nfvb69. You did well in filing the claim with FedEx. However, you will need to connect with one of our teammates in chat for NOW Internet for guidance here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/now. They will be able to access your account and collect your information on the FedEx claim as well.
