PACKAGE REMOVD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

I have been a customer for over 25 years.  This is the first time I am at my wits end!  In March, someone called and changed our service package (which is no longer available), Super +More, which included expanded basic (KIDS, FAM, ENTERTAINMENT, SPORTS AND NEWS), DIY PREFERRED, TIER, MGM+, HBO MAX, PARAMOUNT+ WITH SHOWTIME, TMC, MORE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT, HD AND PREM DVR SER. ADD ON'S PEACOCK PREM INCLUDED AT NO COST FOR 24 MONTHS ENDS 10/30/2026.  We were paying $389.38 per month.

This change was supposed to happen on 3/15-3/18 "services removed".  Who in their right mind would change this plan!  We didn't!

With that being said, I have made several attempts to find out what happened, how was my plan changed without my authorization.  A supervisor was supposed to call me back after 48 hours, after he listened to "my supposed phone call".  No one called me back.  I was transferred to "special" customer care who said he would work with me to add everything back for me and try to lower the price.  He reduced my internet speed and was supposed to Add everything above.  We do not have MGM+, HBO MAX, PARAMOUNT+, SHOWTIME, TMC!!!!  He promised me everything would be the same.  This is unacceptable and I am so disappointment with your customer care department.  I called again today, and I was told there was nothing they can do without charging for all of the premium channels.  He was very rude JERMAINE.  I would really like to speak to someone who can explain what happened and how I can get all of the channels I had for the same price I was paying.  This is not too much to ask for since I was "HACKED".

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
