Package never received!!!
“I never received the Xfinity equipment. An unrelated package was delivered to my home, I reported it to FedEx, FedEx retrieved it, and I have video documenting the delivery and retrieval. Xfinity's system nevertheless shows my equipment as delivered.” Not sure how that could be!!! I have been aloyal customer for 22 years. Fedex said I need to resolve this with you, the sender.
