Package Marked as Delivered, but is not

Yesterday I received notification that my package was delivered, it is no where to be seen at my doors of my home. According to the UPS website it was delivered to a "town" not and address. How do I proceed for these next steps, can I just reorder a new updated product or will I be charged for the lost one as well. -P

Can you give me a little more detail on what Xfinity package you were supposed to be received?

Of course! Xfinity prompted me to upgrade for free to the new white xFi moden/router. So I completed that process to have the new one shipped out and to return the old.

Thanks for clarifying, I would not be happy if I was being shipped to new modem and I did not receive it.

Me neither! I honestly wasn't feeling that I needed a new one, however at no additional cost it sounded good to take part in! (until it didn't arrive of course) I have attached the tracking information for the package, it was supposed to go to a home in Luzerne, not be delivered to somewhere in Pittston. I also did open a claim with UPS and let them know it was missing, they have found nothing yet.
