Package damaged by FedEx

Hi,

I ordered a new phone, it was shipped on 12/08 and on 12/12 marked as Damaged, handling pre shipper instruction. I contacted customer service and they just said that they don't see that status in their side and I they can't don't anything.. Now in 12/15 package is still in the same state with no delivery date. Talked with FedEx support and told that they are waiting for Xfinity for next steps. 

Can I get some help with this?
