PA outage restoration time

No way to speak to a live person and constantly get the same message saying restoration will be as soon as possible. Even got a text message 10 hours ago saying it would be soon. Completely understand the challenges given the storms that came through in the past 24 hours, but don’t understand why Xfinity can’t give a more detailed restoration timeline similar to what the power company does.

Since the Xfinity services depend not just on electric power but also our network infrastructure, those repairs will be different from your local utility repairs. Our Xfinity Status Center is the best place to find the latest information. You can also search "Comcast [State] to see updates provided by our regional leadership.

The status center provides no useful information at all.  All that’s provided are links that basically result in one large circular reference.
