Ownership transfer
My gf and i went to my local xfinity store a few weeks ago in hopes of transferring my gfs account into my name, but it seems like i got my own internet plan & account instead. How could i go about getting this fixed?

Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out here on the community forums! I'm sorry to hear that a new account may have been created instead of having the account transferred. Do you happen to know if the original account was cancelled when the new one was created, or are there now two active accounts at the address?
