Ownership transfer

Hello. I would like to transfer ownership of my account to my roommate. Previously, the old owner made me fill out and sign an account change request form which she received via email and then he uploaded the form using the URL he received in the same email. 

I tried reaching out to support via chat on the Xfinity iOS app, but they said they’re only a level one employee and cannot provide more information on this matter. 

I would really appreciate if anyone can walk me through the steps for ownership transfer. Thank you.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
