Oversized pedestal box installed in my front yard

Recently the pedestal box installed our front yard was fit and damaged. It had previously been replaced, due to wear and tear, with a smaller, less intrusive looking pedestal box. It took Comcast over a month to address the damaged box and when they did they installed an extremely larger box than we’ve ever had. I notified Comcast and have heard nothing. This is an eyesore and never should have been installed without first consulting me. Please get back to me at [Edited: "Personal Information"] as soon as possible.

 I have been a Comcast customer for over 40 years.
