Overseas and unable to call — need to cancel Xfinity Mobile line
I am currently living overseas and cannot call 1-888-936-4968.
The Xfinity Assistant is also not allowing me to reach a live agent.
I need to permanently cancel my Xfinity Mobile line and do not intend to port the number.
Could an Xfinity representative please help me complete the cancellation through Direct Message?

Hi there. Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about cancelling your XM account. I'll be happy to assist. To get started, please follow the steps below to send a direct message.
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
