Overpriced, Unreliable Service with Terrible Customer Support

I am extremely dissatisfied with Xfinity Internet. Prices continue to increase with little to no explanation, and the billing is full of hidden fees that are not clearly disclosed upfront. Every interaction feels like a sales pitch—constant upselling and promotional tactics instead of actually addressing customer concerns.

Customer service is especially poor. I was transferred nine times between different agents, including a supervisor pankaj, only to be rudely disconnected without any resolution. This level of service is unacceptable.

On top of that, the internet service itself is unreliable. There are frequent outages, with the connection going in and out for hours at a time, making it difficult to rely on for work or daily use. Overall, Xfinity has failed in pricing transparency, customer support, and service reliability. I would not recommend this provider.
