Overpriced, Unreliable, and Terrible Service – A Nightmare Experience with Xfinity
I have been an Xfinity customer for over three years, and I always have issues whenever I need an internet repair. The bills are expensive, yet the customer service is terrible.
Twice, I scheduled an appointment with a technician, stayed home waiting, and the technician never showed up. I lost two workdays, and they didn’t even bother to contact me. When I called to complain, the assistant told me that the technician had been at my location. However, that was a lie—my service was still not working, I never signed any repair document, and they had no real proof that the technician actually came, other than what was entered into their system.
This experience made me cancel my service and never want to deal with this company again. They are overpriced, unreliable, and provide extremely poor service.
