overhead line needs moved

How can I get an overhead line moved? We are building a new home and there is a new power pole by the road. They can not take the old one out until your lines are relocated (Only about 10 Ft away!) and I have had no luck getting a line tech out to do this after sending multiple requests over the last month, at least! This is now delaying our construction and costing us money. Please, help me get a lineman out here and move your lines?
