Overhead cables connected to old Comcast box

I'd like to remove cables connected to overhead utility lines to an old Comcast box on the West side of my house. There is a newer box that looks like it would provide service on the south side of the house

Hello user_8gb8kc thanks for reaching out on Xfinity Forums. We can certainly help put in a request to remove the lines. Are you currently active with us at the address?

Not yet, only at my current address. We haven't moved in yet (but we do own the home).

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
