Overdue drop bury work order

I need the overdue drop bury work order escalated to construction/field ops.

It is a major safety risk / huge hazard to have cable lines exposed and running all throughout our property. And I have little kids. It has been almost a full month since the request first went in. 

I have called customer service a dozen times and escalated to supervisors on at least 4 of those occasions. No one can seem to make any progress.

I need a contractor to show up with a shovel!!!!!!!! The flags are all marked and ready. How do I get this moved along?!?????
