Overdue bill

You guys sold my personal information to a third party. I literally messaged you guys since January 2026 about that $275.90 bill and someone in the chat said they would escalate the ticket. I never heard back so I assumed you guys fixed it. You had no right to send it to collects, this will be remedied through legal actions if need be.
