Overcharging

Last year the the internet speed checked out as "Blazing Fast" download speed of 893.4 mbps, upload speed of 901.6 mbps. Today, 3-weeks shy of one year, "Blazing Fast" download speed is 246.9 mbps, and upload is 3.8 mbps. Why are we paying more and getting less?

Hello @user_lf9f71 I do understand how this issue could become confusing and frustrating. There are several factors that could cause the speeds of your service to lag. I would be more than happy to help you figure out the issues at your home. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
