OVERCHARGING MY ACCOUNT $200
Wow! This site doesn’t work either. This is my third attempt to write this and each time, my internet connection goes out!! I pay for high speed internet and I moved about 5 months ago. When I moved, I filled out the information for my move online and called twice to ensure everything was going to go smoothly as I work from home. Shocker, it did not go smoothly. I spent over a week without internet and they still messed up my mobile! Then they overcharged me by $65 a month for the last three months and when I called hey told me they were refunding me $65 and deducting $65 from my bill for two months. Instead, they charge me ANOTHER $65. Now I am out $260, my internet is spotty and drops daily, my phone has the wrong name on it. Oh! And the best part is that the last time I called, they told me my phone was the issue. After telling me they would not be changing my phone number, they did! I had to call back on a different phone bc mine no longer worked so they could fix it!! They were able to give me back my phone number and reactivate my phone after over 24 hours of not being able to use my phone at all. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone.
